Sound Of North
In the northern landscapes in Finland, there is a small town near the sea; full of people working day after day and living their lives in the winter- time, when the cruel winds come from the dark sea to dance with the snow across the streets and fields, and in the summertime, when the never sleeping sun rewards the nature's long struggle with its warmth.
Sound Of North is a story about four fellows from such landscape. Antti Isopahkala and Ville Eroma, blood-brothers from the very start, brought happiness and joy to the people across the country together by playing and singing songs as a duo. Meanwhile, Jukka Kääntä plaid in many bands with Kimmo Vierimaa and although the line-ups of those bands changed very often, Jukka never left his guitar and Kimmo was always there to back him up with drums. One day Antti, Ville, Jukka and Kimmo decided to join their forces, which was quite indispensable event; they had all been aware of each other without ever having a change to play together as a group. Until now. Sound Of North combines a rock-solid musical expertise and a soulful performance.
